Hotel Reservation – Locomotion in Practice

With the support of Hotel Service Utrecht we were able to book an allotment of rooms at preferred rates in the city center hotels.

Please be aware that this is an offer for congress participants but organization does not guarantee best prices for the rooms offered. Organization is not responsible if rooms of the same category are offered at lower rates on a different platform or on the hotel’s own website.

All hotels are situated within easy access to public transportation routes to the congress venue either by bus or tram.

You will have access to a link for the pre-booked hotels after registration – this link will be sent to the email you provided during registration.

Reservations will be considered on a first come first served basis. It is expected to be busy in Utrecht so make sure you secure your reservation on time.
