The ICEL9 scientific conference will take place in the historic city of Utrecht.
In addition to featuring state-of-the-art keynote and research presentations on equine and canine locomotion, there will be a full day of hands-on workshops covering the following topics (workshops are now fully booked – new registrations will not include these workshops):
- Equine Kinematics (Elin Hernlund, Emma Person Sjödin, Thilo Pfau and Marie Rhodin)
- Equine Surface EMG (Lindsay St. George and Ineke Smit)
- Data Analysis and Machine Learning (Christoffer Roepstorff and Jeanne Parmentier)
- Horse-rider interaction (Dr Russell MacKechnie-Guire)
- Canine kinetics (Barbara Bockstahler )
The ICEL9 scientific conference will be followed by Locomotion in Practice conference. This conference is focused on the topics of quantitative gait analysis in practice, treatments using orthobiologicals and rehabilitation of equine and canine patients. ICEL9 scientific conference delegates have a discounted price for this conference – you can choose to register for this event when filling in your registration form.
